Shipping, Handling and Insurance Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the items ordered plus
packaging. A small handling and insurance charge is added to the total shipping charge.
Returns
All of our Schiff Ribbons product sales are final. The colors and textures of
any ribbons or other products on this website compared to our actual product
may vary depending upon the computer hardware and software used to view the
product as well as dye lot variations. Schiff Ribbons is not responsible for
colors not matching the intended use nor for variations in size, texture and
quality and does not accept returns on this basis. Authorized returns are at
the sole discretion of the management of Schiff Ribbons. If the ribbon or other
product is defective, or there was an order fulfillment error on our part, please EMAIL
SCHIFF RIBBONS with the details within 5 days of receipt of the product to
obtain a defective product return authorization number. NO RETURNS WILL BE
ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM SCHIFF RIBBONS. If
you receive a return authorization number from Schiff Ribbons, you must follow
the following procedure:

You must obtain a return authorization number from the Company prior to
returning any merchandise.

Schiff Ribbons will not accept any unauthorized return of its merchandise
(without a return authorization number).

Any merchandise returned must be full rolls of ribbon as delivered.

Return authorization number must be written on the outside of all cartons of
returned merchandise and should include a copy of the original packing slip.

In the event of a defective product return, no restocking fee will apply.

In the event of a customer accommodation return for non-defective items, a 20%
restocking fee will apply along with return freight charges.
Lead Time
As soon as your order is placed we do everything possible to have your order
processed, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Currently, we are
shipping orders in approximately 4 business days. Then, you must take into
consideration the shipping time it takes to get from our warehouse, in
Quakertown, Pennsylvania to your destination. Very large orders and custom
orders may require a greater lead time to allow for production. We know you are
anxious to get your orders, so we strive to get your order to you as quickly as
possible.
Back Orders
If a back order situation occurs we will ship the ribbon patterns that are
available rather than hold your other ribbon products until the back ordered
items arrive. Our customer service department will contact you informing you of
the situation, which items are back ordered and the expected delivery date.
When the back ordered items arrive we will ship them to you. By clicking on YES
or NO to receiving a Backorder on the product page, you will have the
opportunity to indicate whether you will authorize a backorder (YES) or to
reorder at a future date (NO). An additional shipping charge will apply to all
back ordered items.
